From the New York Times Bestselling authors of Cocky Bastard, comes a sexy new standalone novel.
It started out like any other morning on the train.
Until I became mesmerized by the guy sitting across the aisle.
He was barking at someone on his phone like he ruled the world.
Who did the stuck-up suit think he was…God?
Actually, he looked like a God. That was about it.
When his stop came, he got up suddenly and left. So suddenly, he dropped his phone on the way out.
I might have picked it up.
I might have gone through all of his photos and called some of the numbers.
I might have held onto the mystery man’s phone for days—until I finally conjured up the courage to return it.
When I traipsed my ass across town to his fancy company, he refused to see me.
So, I left the phone on the empty desk outside the arrogant jerk’s office.
I might have also left behind a dirty picture on it first though.
I didn’t expect him to text back.
I didn’t expect our exchanges to be hot as hell.
I didn’t expect to fall for him—all before we even met.
The two of us couldn’t have been any more different.
Yet, you know what they say about opposites.
When we finally came face to face, we found out opposites sometimes do more than attract—we consumed each other.
Nothing could have prepared me for the ride he took me on. And I certainly wasn’t prepared for where I’d wind up when the ride was over.
All good things must come to an end, right?
Except our ending was one I didn't see coming.

Maria’s Thoughts
This was my first read by this author duo. I must say I found it entertaining and fun. The storyline was intriguing and engaging. It was creative and unique, I liked how they worked the Iphone into the story, so relevant with today’s culture. I know I’d die if I lost my phone!
“I’ll go along with the no-sex thing, but mark my words. When the time comes, I’m not gonna be the one begging for it.” ~ Graham
Graham Morgan is delicious! He is a perfect book boyfriend! He is a sexy, smart, hot, wealthy, cocky, dirty talking CEO. Soraya Venedetta is a sexy, beautiful, smart-mouthed assistant to an advice columnist. More blue collar than socialite. Not exactly what you’d think would be Graham’s type. But when their worlds collide unexpectedly, it’s insta-lust and insta-heat!! Could it be more?
I love that the story was written in dual POV. It’s my favorite because I get to be inside both characters’ heads. I feel, when done well, it’s the best way to get to know the characters and understand why they do the things they do. While I liked Soraya, and felt a kinship because I’m Italian too, lol, I couldn’t get enough of Graham. I really enjoyed seeing him evolve and grow. He was funny, sexy, and sweet. Truly great character. I liked that Soraya was independent and tough but vulnerable too. They were the perfect mismatched match. I enjoyed their banter. I really liked her friends, Tig and Delia, too. They were great support characters. The references to my favorite soap, General Hospital, had me chuckling, too.
This was a quick read with some unexpected twists that had me turning pages, hoping they would get their HEA. A true romance story.
Excerpt
Graham: What are you wearing, Soraya?
Soraya: Are you serious right now?
Graham: You ruined my day. You owe me.
Soraya: I don’t owe you anything, you fucking perv.
Graham: This from the woman who sent me a shot of her cleavage. Nice tits, by the way. They’re so big, at first, I thought it was a picture of an ass.
Soraya: You’re the ass.
Graham: Show me your face.
Soraya: Why?
Graham: Because I want to see if it matches your personality.
Soraya: Which would mean what?
Graham: Well, that wouldn’t bode well for you.
Soraya: You won’t ever see my face.
Graham: Probably better off. So, give me a hint about what you’re wearing.
Soraya: It’s red.
Graham: So you haven’t changed out of that dress?
Soraya: No, I’m naked with dye dripping down my body and my tongue is throbbing thanks to you.
That was an odd thing to say.
Graham: That’s an interesting visual.
Soraya: You are seriously crazy, dude.
Graham: I AM a little crazy, actually. I probably need my head checked because I’ve been fantasizing about a headless person all day.
Soraya: Well, the naked pic ain’t gonna happen.
Graham: How about I go first?
This book is gonna be so awesome!
It is sooooooo GOOD!!! Happy Reading when you get to it!
