Presley Marks has just become a cliché: the jilted bride. Wearing a white dress, standing in front of her friends and family, she announces that her fiancé—according to his text—has forgotten about the wedding.
Humiliated and angry, she hides from the world in the mundane routine of her life. Working at the Clifton Forge Garage isn’t glamorous, but it’s safe from the spotlight.
At least it was, until Shaw Valance comes to town.
The notorious Hollywood actor is starring in a movie based on the town’s infamous murder. When he’s not on set, Shaw hovers at the garage, watching as they build his custom motorcycle and irritating her with his handsome smile. He was supposed to leave once filming wrapped and go back to his fancy life, not buy the house next door.
But Shaw might regret that purchase once Presley’s ex-fiancé returns, bringing with him a war between old rivals that could burn both their houses down.

~ Maria’s 5 Star Book Review ~

Stone Princess by Devney Perry is absolutely a fantastic read. I was not sure how I felt about Presley’s character. I was curious about her. Definitely curious. Author Devney Perry’s writing made me love her. Stone Princess is a great addition to the Tin Gypsy series.

I was intrigued by the premise. The movie star and the small town tough girl. Author Devney Perry drew me in. The world she created is fascinating. Her characters are well developed and multi-faceted. Presley is sassy, fiesty, tough as nails but so much more. Shaw is cool, confident, gorgeous and genuine.

I loved the banter between Presley and Shaw. The push /pull was fantastic. The connection and chemistry was palpable. I love the alternate POV because it allowed me to become invested in each character.

Stone Princess is an intense, suspenseful read with steam and unexpected twists. I loved it. Loved the conflict and the resolution. Truly a great series. Love it. Highly recommend.
