Double Vision

Everything has a price, and the price of truth is steepest of all.

Eden has an ironclad five-year plan. In three months, she’s saying good riddance to Los Angeles and returning to the Pacific Northwest for medical school. Nothing is going to get in her way.

Nothing… but the impossible.

When she glimpses her doppelgänger at a party, the seemingly accidental meeting turns her life in a direction she never imagined, shredding everything she knows about herself and where she comes from.

The one constant in her collapsing world is Liam Rourke, a man whose dark desires are matched only by his tenderness. But Liam is more than a master in the bedroom—he’s a master of lies.

Uncovering the truth might cost Eden her life.

Her family.

Her love.

Some things are worth dying for.

~ My Thoughts ~

Welcome to the dark side. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. Do not get too comfortable though, this ride is about to get rocky, rough, and downright scary.

I purchased this book based on an influencers review on Tic Tok. What a way to buy a book right? Well lucky for me disappointment was not an emotion felt while reading this captivating story.

The characters were so well structured which is something I love when reading.

The storyline was intriguing to say the least. My worry though was would it just be the same old same old that has been written so many times. My worry was unfounded which was an absolute delight.

With a plot line that was fresh, unusual, and interesting the author kept me reading at a vicious pace. The backstories, the mystery, and suspense added to the well thought structure of the book.

It was Liam though who kept me spellbound. A perfect throwback to the Dom’s we read and fell in love with during the indie explosion of Facebook.

I have to say not only is Liam a drop dead have me holding my breath in anticipation Dom he is so much more. Liam is structured with so many enticing and intriguing characteristic he kept me spellbound through the book.

I loved the originality of the writing, how the author would lead me to believe one thing when in fact it was just a ploy, playing me until the truth was revealed.

I am glad I took a chance on this author. I am looking forward to continuing this s. es and cannot wait to see what happens next.
