Jen’s Steak Recipe
- 2 steaks of your choice (I prefer ribeyes)
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 2 tbs garlic salt
- 2 tbs cayenne pepper
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tbs pepper
Marinate for at least 30 minutes in air tight bag. Sear on grill heated to at least 500 degrees. 3 minutes on each side. Perfection every time!
