This book!!!!! Author Nashoda Rose grabbed hold of me and didn’t let go until the very last word. Irish Crown is a jewel among many of her works! I absolutely loved this book. The characters, the plot, the twists and turns were captivating. One of my most anticipated, and now, favorite reads this year. So worth the wait.
Author Nashoda Rose creates a dark, twisted world that has favorite characters from her two amazing other series, Tear Asunder and Untielding, crossing over, which I love, as well as introducing us to more deliciously hot alpha men.
Our antihero, Deaglan is fantastic. He is dark, dangerous, scary, and sexy AF. He is mysterious and protective. He is addictive.
Our heroine, Eva, is smart, sassy, independent but scarred from her past. She has trust issues, for good reason. I just loved her.
When Deaglan and Eva meet, sparks fly. The attraction is off the charts. The heat is scorching. It’s supposed to be just one night but there’s a connection they can’t deny, and outside forces that throw them together.
The push/pull is intense. The dialogue is engaging, funny, with a hint of sarcasm and innuendo. The suspense and drama kept the pages turning feverishly. The action had me on the edge of my seat. The chemistry is palpable and they are hot AF!
I love the way Author Nashoda Rose reveals the story without giving too much and then hitting you with a an incredible twist. Her writing and pacing are on point. Both, the main characters and secondary ones, are complex and intriguing. I devoured this book in one sitting and was sad when it was over.
Irish Crown is a sexy, gritty, standalone. Absolutely highly recommend. However, if you haven’t read the Unyielding and Tear Asunder series yet, you’re going to definitely want to get on that after you read this one! And, I for one, cannot wait to read more. I’m eagerly awaiting the next book to come from this talented, fantastic author. There’s quite a few characters I’m hoping get their own story (hint, hint Nashoda!)
