Opposites attract in the best, most delicious way in author Marni Mann’s newest release, The Playboy. This is book 1 in a new standalone serial and it’s fabulous.
The Playboy focuses on Macon and Brooklyn. Macon is a wealthy alphahole. Brooklyn is independent and strong, my favorite kind of heroine. The chemistry between them is palpable. What starts as one anonymous scorching night turns into more. But Brooklyn makes him work for it which is not something Macon is used to doing.
They both have secrets they try to hide which keeps the story moving. The banter is snarky and fun. I love that it’s dual POV. And the spice level is hot af. Definitely a great start to what I’m sure will be a fantastic series!
