American Queen by Sierra Simone seemed to have come out of nowhere but suddenly it was everywhere for me. Being a huge fan of Sierra Simone’s Priest, I knew I would be getting some serious steam here, but good GOD I wasn’t expecting what I got. The story of Greer, Ash, and Embry is like no other out there. It is angst ridden, it is sexy as sin, hotter than hell, and it will have your heart and soul put through the wringer. Was it perfect? No. Did I have questions? Yes. In the grand scheme of things, did it matter? No. Because I was ENTERTAINED. I was intrigued, and I was invested in these characters and in this is twisted story. If you are looking for someone to call Mr. President, then you MUST read this one!
