Yesi’s Thoughts

Where to even begin with this one? I was hooked from the get go! Vi Keeland delivers a romance novel that is absolutely everything that SHOULD be read in an enemies to lovers story. The characters are both likable and real, they are people that you would love to hang out with on a daily basis, and they make We Shoudn’t one of my favorite reads of the year so far.

This is Bennett Fox and Annalise O’Neill’s story and it is one heck of story. Both are competing to keep their jobs, both are extremely good at said jobs, and both hate each other on sight… well sort of… because they can both recognize just how HOT the other is. LOL! It was so much fun seeing their relationship develop from enemies, to working partners, to friends, and eventually to lovers. Bennet’s inner thoughts made both laugh and swoon. Annalise’s down to earth personality made me instantly like her. Plus, their chemistry was insane!

“Sometimes his confidence made me want to smack him. Apparently other times it made me want to strip naked.”

We Shouldn’t is full of humor, a bit of angst, and a whole lot of HOTNESS. I loved Bennett beyond words and I respected Annalise like not many heroine’s these days deserve. The two were meant to be and I thoroughly enjoyed all that it took to get their HEA. Well, if they get one… you’ll have to read to find out. 🙂
