#1 New York Times bestselling author of Hopeless joins forces with the New York Times bestselling author of Mud Vein. Together, they have created a gripping, romantic tale unlike any other.
"How odd to be made of flesh, balanced on bone, and filled with a soul you've never met."
Charlize Wynwood and Silas Nash have been best friends since they could walk. They've been in love since the age of fourteen.
But as of this morning...they are complete strangers.
Their first kiss, their first fight, the moment they fell in love...every memory has vanished."I don't care what our real first kiss was," he says. "That's the one I want to remember."
Charlize and Silas must work together to uncover the truth about what happened to them and why. But the more they learn about the couple they used to be...the more they question why they were ever together to begin with.
"I want to remember what it feels like to love someone like that. And not just anyone. I want to know what it feels like to love Charlie."

Maria & Yesi’s Thoughts:
“Her eyes are like two open books and I suddenly want to devour every page”
Maria
A brilliant infusion of two amazingly talented authors. Although I think fans of these authors can definitely identify each voice, the story flows smoothly.
Yesi
Intriguing, chilling, and spine tingling with a whole lot of unknown. There were twists and turns with each new chapter. It kept me captivated from beginning to end.

The story can fit within several genres…suspense, thriller, possibly paranormal, but not positive? Mind blowing for sure.
Yesi
I agree and I would definitely throw in new adult as well. There were times when the banter between Silas and Charlie was so fun, easy going, and fluid that I almost forgot about the heaviness of the subject matter. I loved that they wanted to discover everything together even after finding out things about each other that were not easy to swallow.

It’s hard not to give much away but this felt like a rediscovering of who they are. It was engaging as well as intriguing and I cannot wait to read more. Is it May yet?
Yesi
This is seriously the hardest book to review. Everything is a spoiler. I suggest that you go in blind. Don’t read any spoilers, none. I am so happy that I did this because this book needs to be felt and truly experienced for yourself. Well done Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher, well done. This book is absolutely brilliant!
Awesome giveaway! 🙂
Thanks so much for this awesome giveaway! Love these two authors, can’t wait to read book 2!! 🙂
