Just when I thought that this series couldn’t get any better… SIDEBARRED happens! Loved, loved, LOVED!!! Emma Chase continues to give her readers just what they want without them knowing that that is what they wanted! LOL! Sidebarred was a such a pleasant surprise… I had no idea it was coming until I started seeing the promos and then was lucky enough to receive an advanced copy. It was LOVE at first sight! Seriously, more about Jake, Chelsea, and their adorable brood? YES PLEASE!
Sidebarred is a novella in The Legal Briefs series and while the focus is mainly on Jake and Chelsea, we get plenty of Stanton and Sofia, as well as Brent and Kennedy, plus all of the McQuaid kids too! It was a super short, fun, sexy, read that had me smiling, crying, laughing, swooning, and feeling all sorts of giddy. If you are a fan of the series, this is a MUST READ. No one does the male POV better than Emma Chase! Jake shines in this one and I fell just a little bit more in love, if that’s even possible. Such a feel good read! And that epilogue?! So unexpected, yet absolute perfection!
